Evaporator

The evaporator absorbs heat from the cabin air as low pressure refrigerant evaporates inside its coils, creating the cool air that enters through the vehicle’s vents. Located inside the dashboard, it must withstand moisture, temperature fluctuations, and long term exposure to airflow. A failing evaporator may cause weak cooling, refrigerant odor inside the cabin, foggy vents, or visible refrigerant leaks. With Porza’s advanced search tools, you can easily find the correct evaporator using your license plate, VIN, make, model, or type.

Porza offers evaporators constructed with high grade aluminum, corrosion resistant coatings, and dense fin structures that maximize heat absorption. These units provide stable cooling performance and long term durability even in humid environments. A properly functioning evaporator ensures rapid cabin cooling and efficient climate control.

Evaporators differ by size, tube configuration, expansion valve placement, and mounting style. Replacing a leaking evaporator restores system efficiency and prevents moisture buildup that could lead to mold or odor issues. Porza guarantees perfect compatibility and premium reliability.
